Construct & Innovate offers a complete building service to meet your needs, specialising in both commercial and residential refurbishments, from planning through to completion. We pride ourselves on our high standards, attention to detail and faultless finish, whether it be one room, or an entire refurbishment that you require.

We set up Construct & Innovate in 2021 after realising there was a gap in the market for high quality refurbishments in the Sussex area. More and more people were choosing to upgrade or extend their existing properties to add value and living space.

We are a family run business and are fully insured to carry out all our works.

We mainly carry out our work in Sussex, specifically Brighton and Hove but we have also previously worked in Surrey, Hampshire and London.
